What to include in the email¶
If you cannot find the answer in the documentation, please send an email with all relevant information to the address below:
- Always include a detailed description of the problem with a step-by-step description of what you do, what happens, and what you expect.
- A concise, self-explanatory subject line such as
POST:/something gives HTTP 400 response
. - Company details, such as organization number.
- Client id.
- Environment: is it a problem in sandbox or production?
- Date: when did this occur?
- Request id: can be obtained from an
error response
or a
X-Request-Id
response header. - Provide contact your information (if not in your email signature): Name and phone number
