What to include in the email

If you cannot find the answer in the documentation, please send an email with all relevant information to the address below:

  1. Always include a detailed description of the problem with a step-by-step description of what you do, what happens, and what you expect.
  2. A concise, self-explanatory subject line such as POST:/something gives HTTP 400 response.
  3. Company details, such as organization number.
  4. Client id.
  5. Environment: is it a problem in sandbox or production?
  6. Date: when did this occur?
  7. Request id: can be obtained from an error response or a X-Request-Id response header.
  8. Provide contact your information (if not in your email signature): Name and phone number
