There is no SLA or uptime guarantee for the sandbox environment. D&B will not make any fixes, features, or other improvements, outside typical Swedish office hours.

Data may change without notice

The data may be updated or removed over time without notice.

The Consumer Intelligence sandbox environment is available for all users with API access.

About the sandbox environment

The sandbox environment contains fake, but realistic data, for testing purposes. The environment is suitable for testing most of Consumer Intelligence's functionality, but some functionality in the production environment may not be available in sandbox.

The sandbox and production environments are completely separate and use different API keys.

Limitations of the sandbox environment

Consumer Intelligence aggregates dozens of sources in different formats into a single common schema; this means that the coverage of data for different sources may vary in production, either due to missing data in the source, or lack of authoritative rights to access the data.
